Its funny this is the first time I've ever heard this "please play ***"- request track you apparently get hassled for at countless gigs. Funny because as soon as I heard those Mortal Coil vocals coming in (got hooked up with the original via one of the first Blu Mar Ten podcasts... sweet podcasts to the max for music fans!!) I knew this must be the track - instant Gladiator nostalgia-vibes, I figure its that same feeling or at least subconcious memory of Mortal Coil sounds that triggers everyone's immediate feels for this one. No doubt its beautiful - but so pleased you've grooved through boundless flavours pre and post Siren Song - big ups dude.
