He had spent part of his career in the computer industry, and so we were able to think about design issues that he no longer could think about. The use of such a device would have to be guided by the observations of many, but it is good to have such people available. Most of the time, however, we would have to work with the few that were available. To this day there is a club on the University of Athens campus, "Experimental Artykon Technis," that continues to meet the three or more times a week requested. The late Tasos was one of the members. The members have become much more skilled and represent all aspects of academic life, and they not only are willing to discuss the technical issues that come up, but have a great deal of enthusiasm. From the outside the club may appear to be of only limited interest, but the members have a quality of life that is lacking in other parts of the country. While I was working on the project I found that I needed to go back to school. So I enrolled in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece. I received first class grades and was able to graduate with a PhD. I have been very happy at my new position and will be available when needed for questions or for more meetings over the coming year. A CAE designer has shown interest in helping us bring it to life, Tasos was able to work with him to make that happen. The designer, Andreas Papoutsis, now resides in the US, and it looks like they will be able to begin to work on the project on 28 February, 2011, with public testing taking place from 6 April, 2011. The facility will be available in the US and in Europe. a3f8a02ae1
