Ngā hau o Tāwhirimātea, Riki Gooch by Enjoy Contemporary Art Space published on 2023-02-28T22:50:16Z This sound piece was designed by musician Riki Gooch to accompany the exhibition 'Ngā hau o Tāwhirimātea' by Hana Pera Aoake and Taarn Scott. Gooch has used four types of sound sources to represent each wind direction: Hauraro - blowing pūtātara and felted piano; Tonga - swinging microphones; Hauāuru - harmonic/overtone flutes; Marangai - feedback from guitar and organ.
