Test blueprint contains information about the test, including the number of items, point values, structure, and item types. The standards the test addresses define the priority of test items and subject matter covered. The blueprint is the only document you will need to create tests.
The Department of Education routinely mails these forms directly to school sites for student, parent, and/or school to complete. There are no costs associated with completing these forms because of the free survey tool provided by the Form P-9. We recommend that you have your parent and/or student complete their forms. Forms will not be accepted without students' signatures or parent signatures.
All tests have online test scoring capability, which enables examiner or other users to view, analyze and record scores. For tests with online scoring, the students and their counsellors are sent an online score report, which includes the students total score at the item- level, their percentage score, the norm-referenced score and the sub-score for each item, a record of each incorrect answer on the form item, and a summary screenshot of the student's profile page.
