Els Mondelaers Els Mondelaers Antwerpen The Belgian mezzo Els Mondelaers received a master degree in Classical Singing with great distinction at the Ghent Conservatory, where she has specialized as a soloist in Contemporary Music as well. Currently she is coached by Gidon Saks. As a soloist she performed with various ensembles and music theatre companies such as SIlerbersee (ex-VocaalLAB), Transparant, LOD, Champ d'Action, Doelenensemble, Nieuw Ensemble, Asko-Schönberg ensemble, Spectra ensemble, Nadar ensemble, Theaterproductiehuis Zeelandia, Atlas Ensemble and Slagwerkgroep Den Haag. In 2009 the Lucerne Festival Academy invited her to perform in Sinfonia by Luciano Berio conducted by Pierre Boulez.
