ELECTRIXX
Berlin
It was in 2003 when Marvin Hell aka Toxxic and Erik Venhues aka Microdizko founded Electrixx in Berlin, Germany. As Electrixx, they have been consistently hitting the Top 10 of various charts on different online stores with productions, such as “Frequenzstörung“, “Tokyo Rush“, “Cumshot“, “My Bassline“, “Crispy Cake“, “Some Beats“, etc. Their single "Tetris" proved to be a crossover hit, not only reaching the #1 spot in the Beatport Charts but also spawning a collaboration with the US Hip Hop star Flo Rida which was then chosen as a theme song for the famous Walt Disney movie “Step Up 3D”. Furthermore, Tiësto himself made it an integral part of his Kaleidoscope tour and invited Electrixx to play on his tour in Brazil. Since then, releases such as “Cyclus”, “No Discussion“, “Destroyer“ as well as their official remixes for Deadmau5, Zedd, Felguk, FTampa, Westbam and Tomcraft have proven to be “must have” tracks for every Electro House lover and DJ all over the world. In 2014, a long-awaited collaboration came true. The Electro House heroes Electrixx and Far Too Loud came together and worked in the studio to bring "Let’s Rock“ to the world. They reached the Top 20 of the Electro House Top 100 chart at Beatport with this masterpiece. The track got some huge support from artists, such as Hardwell, Martin Garrix, Afrojack, Excision, Datsik and many more. After hundreds of shows around the globe in the US, Korea, Brazil, the UK, France, Hungary, Mexico or Russia, Electrixx have never got tired with touring.
After 14 Years of Electrixx, Erik left the projekt and is now focusing on his 2 children and his new LED company. Marph continues the project Electrixx alone. Be prepared for the next powerful releases.
