The Electric Church Oklahoma City Mike, born on October 18, 1990 has been playing guitar since he was just 10. Now 24 years old, his unique guitar playing and vocal style has generated quite the buzz amongst music lovers and fellow musicians. Once the lead member in the St. Louis/Los Angeles indie band, The Cold War Direction, Mike now has begun a new venture, this time being based out of the reverently hip Oklahoma City. In late 2014, Electric Church was created and the bands heavy blues guitar riffs and original deep fuzz tones are all thanks to Mikes 1970 Guild S-100, of which he found on a fluke. Electric Church is a band to watch out for, already making waves on the radio, their 4 song ep, is being recorded in Chicago by Steve Albini.
