In March, Donovan, who is 1/2 Nicaraguan, united with 3 other leading nightlife promoters of latin decent to form a registered LLC promotions company called BESO: Latin Flavored Live Entertainment & Dance Music for Everyone. The first BESO show was on March at Mezzanine Concert Hall where Donovan performed an all Latin House set accompanied by a Spanish guitarist and timbales drummers and put the dancefloor into a hip-shaking frenzy for his entire two-hour set.

On May 1st, just in time for CINCO DE MAYO, Donovan released the highly anticipated MI CASA: Sexy Latin & Brazilian Vol. III, Compiled & Mixed by Donovan" with his official CD Release Party at San Francisco's most breathtaking venue ANA MANDARA in Ghirardelli Square to a thousand loyal supporters. Donovan performed all the tracks from his new MI CASA III CD accompanied by his Latin band that consisted of a Spanish guitarist, Spanish pianist, trumpeter, saxophonist, timbales drummer & an army of conga drummers, accompanied by Salsa dancers & Flamenco dancers.
