Miroslav Pavlovic is a young DJ and producer from Bosnia and Herzegovina whose name you should keep in mind if you happen to be a fan of electronic music, a DJ, a producer, a promoter, a publisher, or just an occasional dance floor champion.
His sets are a combination of quality, experience and talent, and the music selection and mixing techniques will leave you breathless.
Miroslav Pavlovic was born in 1987 and has been DJ-ing seriously since the 2003. Four years later he began creating his own music, and you've probably heard some of his tracks - the "Qurshloos" song was created in 2008 and has found its place in the charts of many renowned DJs. For two full weeks it was the number one best-selling tech-house single at Juno website in the UK.
His authorship soon became his means of expressing, of drawing attention to himself and showing the world the wealth of talent he possesses. That talent was recognized by many prominent DJs and producers such as Marko Nastic, DejanMilicevic, Umek, Mathhew Hoag, Cristian Varela, MladenTomic, SinisaTamamović, Paul Hazendonk, Darkrow and many others.
His compositions have been published by a number of well-known labels, and most notable of which are the Night Light, Estrada, Lovable Fairy Tale Melomane, Proton.
Miroslav Pavlovic spins and creates deep and tech house, but if you are following his work, you will find the traces of original techno, as well as the numerous fragments of carefully selected ambient sound.
Working within the contemporary trends for the past few months, he has focused mainly on producing deep house sound, and what you most certainly should pay attention to is his first album that will see the light of the day by the end of the year.
This album will crown his previous work, a combination of experience, knowledge, love and good energy collected from thousands of satisfied people he had performed for. The album will feature a lot of the progressive sound, a small experiment which is Miroslav’s way of stepping outside the current working area.
When it comes to the future, he plans to work hard to create a unique expression by means of which he will find and imprint his own place on the world musical map.
One of the greatest desires of this young musician is to create an electronic music festival that would place Banja Luka in the centre of similar events at least once a year, and that would in one place host renowned DJs and producers whose work Miroslav respects and follows, and which would restore the domestic electro scene to its former glory and inhale it new life.
So, the next time when on a billboard, a poster or a flyer you see the name of Miroslav Pavlovic, take a pair of comfortable shoes, add a smile to the list and enjoy the magic!
