Curtis Jones

DJ Curtis Jones has begun to emerge in the electronic dance music industry as a dynamic, high energy, creative sound building producer. 2015 he signed his first original track “Decepticon” with independent Canadian record label, 6N7 Music. Since the release of Decepticon DJ Curtis Jones continued paving his own path with releasing a series of singles and also the EP “OYE!” with Italian record label, Noize Bangers Records. The Spring of 2015 DJ Curtis Jones collaborated with Renegades of Bass and released with Noize Bangers “Paper Chasin” which went on to chart on Beatport Dubstep Top 100. Keeping the momentum going, Curtis joined Renegades of Bass becoming the third member of the group traveling regionally playing different music festivals and venues including opening for The Kottonmouth Kings at The Vogue in Broad Ripple, Indiana. DJ Curtis Jones made guest appearances on multiple Internet radio and podcasts including Indianapolis’ own Nap DnB NapCast and Soundwave Radio shows promoting his brand and his wide range of sound selections, DJ Curtis Jones had the opportunity to opened up for Indianapolis legend and icons DJ Topspeed, DJ Indiana Jones, Slater Hogan, and many more while playing alongside some of Indianapolis and the midwest's best Techno, House, and Progressive DJs. 2018 DJ Curtis Jones released “Within the Feels” signing with Plain Face Music and the collaboration extended remix with Rexx Racer of Plain Face Music. Spring of 2019 signed his deep house ep "DEEP" with DMO Recordings (UK) in which was then released again on an compilation albums "Kingdom of Progressive House Vol.9" and Belin Afterwork House Vol.23" with Fame Game Recordings and also Wax 'N' Soul Records "On the Deep Side" compilation album. During the Pandemic Curtis worked on perfecting his craft while putting together his best works to date with his upcoming EP "35" which was released May 7th 2021 exclusively to Traxsource with DMO Recordings(UK) also available on Beatport and other platforms. 2022 Curtis released a few singles independently and began the rebranding process of Curtis Jones music….the beginning of 2023 DJ Curtis Jones dropped the DJ off and rebranded introducing Corky Bird Sounds LLC and has redirected the energy in to a more consistent approach with new tracks and more shows beginning the year with 2 radio guest mixes including UKs Mayhem Radio and Indy’s own Graveyard Radio also his latest EP with Guerrilla Noise reached the Tech house Top 100 Releases via beatport…on support for some amazing talent including Black V Neck and Walker & Royce this coming spring Curtis Jones isn’t slowing down anytime soon…
