DJ Andy Smith used to work with Portishead (as tour DJ and sample finder) - Don't anymore! but have also sourced samples for the Prodigy and Lack of Afro (both of which were used in Hollywood movies 'Kick Ass' & 'Dumb & Dumber To' respectively). Released loads of mix CD's since 1998 - The Document 1,2 &3 , The Trojan Document, The Greensleeves Document, Andy Smith's Northern Soul, Diggin in The BGP Vaults, Freestyle Mix, Jam Up Twist., Jamaican Funk. New Orleans Funk & more. Was one half of Dynamo Productions with Boca 45 (AKA Scott Hendy). New compilation - Reach Up - Disco Wonderland' out on BBE records now.

Currently DJ every Friday night at 'Joe's Bar' in Camden town (50-s - 80's Vintage vinyl) and do various nights around the UK & international dates.

I often have my trusty old Hi-MD recorder linked to the decks so will upload as much stuff as I can.

You can hear me on www.sohoradiolondon.com every other Monday night 8.00 pm - 10.00 pm.

I still play vinyl - Often 7" 45 only sets (of all genres)
