On this platform to share the sets I create for *ecstatic dances*. Other than the music, I wish to share a few words on the meaning *ecstatic dance* has to me, not as a DJ, but as humble human being :) *Ecstatic dance* to me has been a gentle yet powerful tool to come closer to myself. By going onto a dance journey, during which one remains very conscious (no talking, no use of mind-altering substances, and no shoes), one comes much closer to oneself. To me, it has been a great gift to be in that space...in which I could explore undiscovered aspects of myself. There can be so much power and movement in the body, so much stillness in the mind, and so much joy, sadness, and other emotion in the heart. And it is beautiful that all of that is welcome on the dancefloor. And if none of it happens, that is welcome, too. Each journey has its own nature, is unique, is teaching us about the impermanence of life. I am very grateful for *ecstatic dance* to exist, grateful for the hundreds of dances that I was able to experience myself, and grateful that I get to accompany others in their journey!
