Dilay Doganay Dilay Doganay Graz Dilay Doğanay was born in Izmir, Turkey, in 1999. She studied composition in İzmir with Mehmet Can Özer, Füsun Köksal, and she is currently continuing her Master’s in KUG with Franck Bedrossian. She attended various lessons, masterclass and courses with names such as: Beat Furrer, Mark Andre, Chaya Czernowin, Pierluigi Billone, Alberto Posadas, Carola Bauckholt, Sarah Nemtsov, Marco Stroppa. Her music has been performed by different ensembles such as IEMA, RIOT, Schallfeld, hand werk; in different parts of the world: Italy, Germany, Austria, Turkey, Ukraine, Netherlands. Her music evolves in an effort to understand the theatricality of sound and implicit and explicit communication. Her pieces, which she created inspired by language, literature, oral and written communication, sometimes include texts she wrote.
