Fusing Japanese and European folk music with disco, Que Sakamoto has created a unique electronic sound which has spread across the globe.

He has garnered a solid reputation in the world of experimental disco in recent years, thanks as much to releases on To Rack & Ruin's edit series as it is to his extensive touring schedule.

Along the way, he’s also weaved his magic on radio stations including Red Light in Amsterdam and Living Room in Zurich, and back home in Tokyo, he runs his ‘Huit Etoiles’ night at Omote-Sando super club, Vent. His parties have featured highlights from the world of nu-disco.
