DavidBlacker David Blacker I'm a guitarist, songwriter, music producer and teacher. My playing and original compositions have been featured on original albums, national television commercials, TV series theme songs, radio spots and 2 albums distributed by Rounder Records, As a guitar teacher, I have written several courses and workshops for Truefire.com (link below). My approach to music is deeply influenced by different styles of American Roots music, and the blues in particular. A good many of my influences are old-schoolers like Django Reinhardt, Robert Johnson, Charlie Parker, T-Bone Walker, Muddy Waters, Duke Robillard, Hollywood Fats and many more. These days I spend my time writing for TV, Film & Radio projects, producing original projects, teaching and performing.
