Bury me now and I’ll love you forever.
When I’m just a thread I’ll tie us together.
Dance in my arms, when I get my halo, I’m going straight to the very bottom.

When I am undone, I’ll shake off my limbs.
And grow to my pockets, the roots in my ribs.
Drape summer flowers, atop my worn hand and sewn on my head in bands.

Everything that I learned or seen will grow forever more;
nothing is wasted in a garden of green which knows just what it’s for.

Strangle me now and I’ll pay the pines, a tangle of hours with clouds on the vine.
Lightning may strike the same once or thrice, but won’t ever blossom that smile.

Creep in my heart and stop it from beating, a ripe tambourine that’s shaken it’s sweetness. When I’m without skin, I’ll just have begun to feel where you and I will mend.
