Modern Day “Crooners” have a thrill for all things timeless, at least that’s what Dan Julien believes to be true. Whether it be scotch, cigars or style, Dan has always maintained an innate desire for symbols that represented the 1930s. Inspired by great Jazz legends such as: Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra & Nat King Cole just to name a few, he is unremittingly expanding his robust repertoire to stand out & bring his signature style & voice to the global stage. A voice comparable to a young Bobby Darin crossed with that of Frank Sinatra during his time with the Quincy Jones Orchestra, Dan’s stage presence transports his audience to that timeless age. His performances have been described as “Toe tapping from start to finish, with velvety vocals, free-flowing charisma & a demeanour that rivals Sinatra himself!” This Canadian crooner currently resides in Toronto, Ontario, where he performs with his Quintet of accomplished musicians. Developing his crafty, creative edge, along with collaborating with musicians that continue to surprise him in their abilities & in mid-2019 they released “One Step at a Time”, a live EP featuring hits such as “Fly Me To The Moon”, “Yesterday”, & “Hallelujah I Love Her So”. An album to signify the journey of success & the rollercoaster of a ride that it takes to get there.
