Where do songs come from? Many of my songs arrive in my head completely written. Most of them are written in a few minutes and then worked on for ages. But the actual 'download' is fascinating. It's having a vision. One time I woke up with the word "Flatlined" written across my forehead (the inside) and then the song poured out. I want this experience to happen more.
