Success is not just for Superman or Wonder Woman; mere mortals can achieve success with a simple method.

So says management and self improvement guru Leo Bottary.

“We know that the people we surround ourselves with either lift us up, hold us at bay or even can drag us down,” says Mr. Bottary, an in-demand speaker and thought leader who also serves as an instructor for Rutgers and Northeastern universities.

“When we make our aspirations public, then we can enlist the help of people who’ve been there before who can encourage us, who can hold us accountable,” he says. “When we don’t go it alone and when we enlist the support of others, there’s just no question that we can do that much more.”
