CosmicSpinner Robert Cassard San Francisco Robert Cassard is known as the Video Growth Hacker. He helps businesses grow using strategic video. Years ago, music was how Robert earned a living, and his performing career spanned folk, rock, jazz and classical genres. Cassard's ability to play numerous instruments and build layered vocal harmonies and soundscapes makes his sonic palette thick and more than a little spacey. In 1980, Robert Cassard released his first LP, a singer-songwriter collection of originals called "Over the Line," to critical acclaim and commercial insignificance. :-) It was recently re-released to iTunes and other digital services. A mere 15 years later, he released a second collection of originals under the "band" name Cassard. It's a classic rock and alternative blend, entitled "Get This" (also available on iTunes and Apple Music). Much of his output in the ensuing years remains in private places, gathering dust on aging acetate and increasingly less reliable hard drives. He and his wife Bara Waters still perform in the the Bay Area under the name Cosmic Spin, but whether duo or solo, he's always the Cosmic Spinner...
