Genre Entertainment Comment by redleader antilles I am not super well versed in sci-fi outside of SW but I do know for sure that the Green Lantern corps would utterly wreck the Empire. They have no ships and one weapon but that is all they need. They have been shown to combine their powers and make amazing warships that if destroyed can instantly be replaced. They can make their constructs more powerful just by willing it. We have seen a few GLs hold of entire fleets. Heck just one, Kilowog was able to hold off a fleet. They can have just one or two breach an ISD with shear firepower and then dismantle it from the inside. The GLs are meant to be able to protect an entire sector by their lonesome. Also the diversity in members and races with specific skills gives them an edge. They also have a planet who is a green lantern.
