Watercolor by Common Days published on 2018-01-03T19:58:38Z I was on a flight to Scotland. The weather was rainy and miserable, but then the plane poked above the clouds, and in that moment, everything looked magical. The clouds looked like a watercolour painting. I held on to this chord progression for quite a while, but it's this moment that I came up with the melody and lyrics for it. Lyrics Soaring over watercolored skies Splash of misty cotton soaked in dyes Pristine azure skies that stretch on into infinity Flying on a line pointing straight towards my destiny If I chose a moment froze in time Nothing close to this is as divine Share a special thought that shall echo through eternity Sing a simple song that will guide me though the times with you Genre Folk & Singer-Songwriter
