Cold the Winter

Cold the Winter is the moniker that I use for the original music I've written over the years. The members include kcwm, JD, and Matt.

Starting in 2011, beginning anew in 2017, and wrapping in 2019, I released a 6-song EP titled Skylines and the Horizon. JD and Matt provided vocals and harmonies on 5 of the 6 songs.

In 2020, inspired by a large collection of royalty-free songs, I began the process of writing rock songs live on stream for content creators to use as they see fit without worry of DMCA notices or receiving a copyright strike.

I have assembled seven of the fourteen songs I recorded in a playlist on this profile and included the six songs from the EP as well. When I release these songs to services like Spotify, these songs will not have the vocals so the focus remains on the content creator.

There will eventually be a return to releasing Cold the Winter songs, but, as of now, my focus is working on this other project.
