Connected by a love of singers, players and cats with swing that have long passed away (except for Willie), their songs trade off between the elegance of Humber Jazz Guitar alum Connor Fleming and the earnest storytelling of singer / picker Ted Carty. All of it held down tight by the smooth sound of bassist Neil Meneses. Their sets of mostly original music reflect on themes of home, love, loss, redemption and, in the the case of one song, a basic recipe for baking bread.
