Although previous claims by the totalitarian country of successful launches have been dismissed this time there appears to be some credibility to the claim. The United Nations Security Council swiftly condemned the launch saying it's a "clear violation" of previous resolutions. We spoke with Michael O'Hanlon, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution who says: "It clearly is a little bit of a boost to the military within North Korea and the new leader, Kim Jong Un " .This week the Obama administration officially declared the al Nusra Brigade, one faction of Syria's opposition, a terrorist organization. CNN's Emma Lacey-Bordeaux brings some context to the announcement an takes a look at the bigger picture including some analysis from CNN's Fareed Zakaria, host of CNN's flagship foreign affairs show: "This will complicate the efforts to help the Syrian rebels enormously." Michigan is now a right-to-work state after governor Rick Snyder signed a controversial measure into law yesterday. Michigan becomes only the fourth state in about 50 years to adopt right-to-work laws. CNN's Nova Safo reports on what this development may mean for unions in the U.S. One union member he talked with, Chris Opalewvski, who's a boiler-maker says he's concerned Michigan will go the way of southern states, many of which are right-to-work : "You look at some of the locals down there they're always coming up here for work...we actually see southerners on almost every single job because they're hurting for work so bad."
