Chuck is a composer and a sound designer for video games and other interactive electronic media with over a decade of experience. He has provided audio content for many clients including Disney, Sesame Street, Nickelodeon, HIT Entertainment, Hasbro, Lucasfilm, Warner Brothers, and Rosetta Stone. He currently works for Incredible Technologies, Inc., producing audio for the long-standing hit golf series Golden Tee and other titles.
His production work has included scoring original music, sound design, and voice-over directing and editing on interactive children's book titles, video games, interactive language learning software, and radio commercials. Through Publications International, Ltd., his clients have included Disney, Lucasfilm, Nickelodeon, Hasbro, HIT Entertainment, and many others for properties such as Finding Nemo, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Thomas the Tank Engine, The Wiggles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Transformers, and Star Wars, to list only a few.
As a freelance producer, his clients have included Rosetta Stone and Mudbug's Cajun Cuisine and Brew Pub. He has also produced music and sound effects for released and unreleased titles from Omaha independent game developers including Slouch Couch Games and Coal Czar Games.
As an instructor, Chuck has designed and taught courses in basic audio theory, live audio production, home studio design and room treatment, digital audio recording, electronic music production, critical listening skills for mixing engineers, mixing, and mastering. He redesigned the Iowa Western Community College Audio Engineering curriculum to include a new, fully-equipped music recording studio, thirteen new courses, and a new two-year degree program focused entirely on music production.
