Chuck Hartman 143 Chuck Hartman Belvidere Chuck Hartman, whose grandmother claims could sing before he could talk, began performing at the age of four. For over thirty years Chuck has written and performed music in several different venues. Throughout his youth, Chuck was always most at home on stage—working with several theater companies. Throughout his teens and twenties, Chuck had many opportunities to tour both locally, and abroad with various groups. Today he writes and performs music as a soloist and instrumentalist. Chuck holds degrees in both art and theology and is a member of Alpha Chi National College Honor Society. He has worked as a graphic artist creating graphics for Coke-A-Cola Japan, AMF, and Brunswick Bowling to name a few. Chuck loves quiet nights home relaxing with wife Sonya. In his leisure, Chuck writes and illustrates books for children.
