The Gentle Light of Dawn by Christopher Byrum Harris

This is my newest work of concert music written for a String Quartet, Synthesizer, and 2 Percussionists(Marimba+Crotales). This version is an arrangement of the 3rd movement to Night Storm : Suite for Piano, Alto Saxophone, and Electronic Samples. Night Storm evokes the emotional depiction of a storm that moves through the country side at night. The Gentle Light of Dawn is the final movement that illustrates the beauty and serene quality of the environment after a storm has past and the first light of dawn illuminates the world.
