The song, ' Here I am Lord' was lovely to hear as my dad [ Ruth] wanted it singing at his funeral ..he gave his life to the Lord just 4 months before he died and had such a revelation of Gods deep forgiveness, healing and power. I was amazed he chose this song as he was by then unable to leave his bed..but then at his funeral there was standing room only - he was 'sent' and used by God for others to know how He loves them - even when he was unable to physically 'go'. A precious memory and one in which amidst all the challenges of today - we know He is working and continues to 'send' us to be his disciples.
