Tiny Metal Impact demo by chokehold published on 2013-01-19T14:05:37Z Demo track for my small free Sample Pack / Sample Instrument called "Tiny Metal Impact". Everything you can hear in this demo track was made with 4 instances of the AUi plugin. OK, I cheated and put them through a light compressor and some limiter to raise the overall loudness, that's it. Untouched otherwise. I used my beloved set of Japan AT3035 and Apogee preamp to record small metal objects, which were later shot through normalizing hell and a (software) Maag EQ to bring some sunshine in. There are coins, keys, a fork, a wee candy tin, and I let them all play together. Hell, I even brought out my trusty DI box to get a clang or two, as well as some switching noises. The only sounds in this pack not sourcing from tiny metal mayhem are the mouse button noises. You'll survive. Use the instruments or samples free of charge for whatever creative thing you want - drum layers in your songs, movie/radio effects; private or commercial. Anything. Just please don't rip 'em off and/or re-distribute them as your work. Available as: - Win VSTi (x86/x64) - Mac AUi (x86/x64) - Zipped download with .WAV samples files - UPDATE: Kontakt 4.2 (monolith) Find more info here: http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=5216641 Download here: http://free.chokehold.net/tiny-metal-impact/ Maybe instruments for NI Battery 3.x and/or FXpansion Geist will follow. No promises yet, I'll only get into that if you guys like this. So let me know!
