He is directly answerable to GOD for the spiritual nourishment of his faithful and, therefore, has the right to decide BY HIMSELF whether or not it is safe for the parishioners within his diocese to enter the Cathedral or the churches for private prayer and/or public worship. The same applies to every diocesan bishop throughout England & Wales. Our 'shepherds' have manifestly abandoned their 'flocks' to the ravenous secular packs/prides of wolves/lions!!
