Paris born Dj & Producer, Melvyn started listening to electronic music at age of 10 and discovered Techno 3 years later, quickly showing his desire to explore the musical world.
He started first mixing at 16. Then, one year later, he became resident of the famous Inox Club Toulouse as a duo (CROWD), making closing acts for artists as Ansome, Ben Sims, Oscar Mulero & Tommy Four Seven for example.
After 2 years mixing, he wanted to start making his own productions.
Melvyn decided then to create this new project, Casual Treatment. Exploring the different shades of the music he cherish.
2016 marks the first year of Casual Treatment releases with some signatures on labels such as Nachtstrom Schallplatten, Advanced (Black), Unknown Territory, Lunar Project & the first Vinyl release on Nachtstrom with remixes from Arnaud Le Texier, Radial, 138 & Jose Pouj.
End of 2016, Melvyn stopped his residency at Inox Toulouse, to focus exclusively on production.
Since then, his music has been supported and played by artists as Dasha Rush, Len Faki, Paula Temple, Randomer, Ricardo Garduno or Lag to name a few.
In 2017, an other Casual Treatment vinyl, "The 10th Amendment" came out on Nachtstrom Schallplatten with remixes from Endlec and Ben Gibson as well as other digital releases on Decoy Records, Binary Cells, Sonntag Morgen & Illegal Alien.
