Carpathian Paths

Carpathian Paths is a three-member producing/DJing formation from western Ukraine. They drew inspiration from the underground movement, being among the few propagandists of oldschool house music in their region. Seriously influenced by the Great Progressive Era of 2000-2007, they also show particular interest in darker and hypnotic vibes.

In 2012 guys decided for a joint producing effort and presented their first single, Trembita EP, on Clinique Records. It was a steady rise through the progressive house scene with releases on Morninglory Music, Never Too Late, Revelation Records, Welcome Music, and Suffused Records. Thenceforth, Carpathian Paths are being heavily featured in DJ sets and compilations. Now their brand includes highly-energetic house beats with rolling percussion and groovy basslines, tastefully seasoned with slight allusions of world music and ethnic sounding of sub-Carpathia.
