As the seventh-largest such system in the US, Carlos has been responsible for a massive number of students and locations, with more than 40k students across 7 campuses. As an educator, Dr. Carlos Osvaldo Cortez has also been adjunct faculty with a number of colleges, including those as prestigious as Harvard and Johns Hopkins Universities. He is dedicated to the experiences of POC students and the underserved communities that benefit most from education.
