Jeff and Carson are both teachers in the Teton County School District and are actively working to further develop a relationship between Jackson and it's newest Sister City - Tlaxcala, Mexico. A group of local students will be embarking on an ambassador program trip this summer to Tlaxcala region to kindle human connections with students from a school in Tlaxcala. The goal is to help unite both communities. There will be 16 students (8 Latino and 8 Anglo) and 3 staff members will be heading down to Tlaxcala. These students were chosen through an application process. The group is in the process of raising funds and will be holding a Lotaria at Jackson Hole High School on Cinco de Mayo to help raise funds for the trip. Fun, games, homemade food!
