Canterbury Voices St Thomas of Canterbury Episcopal Community in Albuquerque, NM. Jesus taught by telling stories that have deeper spiritual meaning. Members of Canterbury are great storytellers. These stories are how we live out our lives in Christian community. Just as each week in the Eucharist, the shared story of the Gospels is enacted through reading the story, praying collects, singing songs and contemplating images, eating the sacramental food and drink together. The stories below are about liturgy and living out our baptismal covenants, about life and death and our connection with the Communion of Saints through our heritage, and about the necessity of curiosity and intellect in a life of faith and the blessings of meditation and prayer.
