بو ناصر الطفّار Bu Nasser Touffar

Bu Nasser Touffar AKA Naserdine Al Touffar, is a lebanese writer and a rapper originally from Baalbek who raises his voice by singing to break the silence of a marginalized society, which the state has persisted in impoverishing and silencing it. His songs and writings were used as anthems in the Lebanese popular demonstrations and protests, the latest of which was the revolution of 17 october 2019.
Bu Nasser's project began in 2009 with the release of Touffar's album "The Companions of the Land '', followed by several solo and Collaborations with others who share the hope, questions, revolution and musical passion of rap performers and music producers. Some of them were collected in the album "Bu Nasser - Tatlit '' in 2014, followed by successive new musical releases, the last of which was "Tar" in collaboration with Hello Psychaleppo.
Bu Nasser performed dozens of successful live shows in various Lebanese regions, and several sold out concerts in Turkey, and it was scheduled to organize a tour in Europe, of which only one successful concert was achieved in Paris in 2o19 before the rest of the concerts were suspended due to the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic. Later in AUG 29 2021 in Bu Nasser Performed live in a sold out show in Frankfurt-Germany with Hello Psychaleppo As part of "This Is Not Lebanon" festival, and another sold out concert in Paradiso-Amsterdam in oct2 2021 in a collaboration with "raqs initiative".
"Al Butaqa" is an online music series that Bu Nasser writes and directs in a collaboration with Ghinwa Daher as a DOP and other various artists, you can find all the episodes on his page and his YouTube channel.
In addition to his musical work, Bu Nasser has independently published two Novels "Al-Harayek" in 2016 , and "Al Qushnood" in 2018. The two books achieved real success and found a place for them in many international exhibitions.
Bu is currently publishing a series of articles written on the Daraj Media website that deal with issues of Lebanese politics and society, and music and arts in the Arab world. along with the project of transcriptions of "Al Qushnood" book into a feature film, in cooperation with the Lebanese director Nizar Ghanem
