Originally born in Scotland, Stefan completed a Bachelor's Degree in Audio Production in 2018. A month and a half after starting his studies, he signed his debut single "Dank Meme's & Analogue Dreams" to Bomb's Away's label "Bomb Squad Records" (now known as Multiplayer Records). Since then he has put out multiple professional original productions and remixes that have seen both mass coverage and success. Refusing to be confined to a single genre, Bromad's signature style of talkative high pitched bass lines and hip hop influenced sound design get any dancefloor pumping, however seamlessly combined with the familiar sounds, musical structure and tones of funk, jazz and soul music makes for music production that not only fits right at home amongst the electronic dance music scene, but also manages to retain the human elements of musicality and humanity that can tend to be absent in dance music. Bromad continues to show innovation in his productions and with every release, showcases his basslines in a way that shows his prowess and skill as a sound designer whilst demonstrating through his song structure that he knows his music theory.
