BRIXTON RECORDS is an independent record label specialized in Jamaican sounds founded in 1998 as the natural offspring of an existing record store. From its humble origins releasing material by a new generation of ska and reggae enthusiasts it has evolved to be a reputable brand including renowned international acts like The Aggrolites, The New York Ska-Jazz Ensemble and David Hillyard & The Rocksteady 7 and also The Starlites, Soweto, The Pepper Pots, Root Diamoons…. Brixton Records owns two sub-labels (Silver Bullets and Guns Of Brixton Records) and also acts as concert promoter and band manager.

BRIXTON RECORDS es una compañía discográfica independiente especializada en sonidos jamaicanos, fundada en 1998 como evolución natural de una tienda de discos existente. Desde sus humildes orígenes publicando material de una nueva generación de músicos entusiastas del ska y el reggae se ha convertido en una reputada marca incluyendo a renombradas bandas internacionales como The Aggrolites, The New York Ska-Jazz Ensemble y David Hillyard & The Rocksteady 7 además de The Starlites, Soweto, The Pepper Pots, Root Diamoons….Brixton Records cuenta con dos sub-sellos (Silver Bullets y Guns Of Brixton Records) y también actúa como promotora de conciertos y manager de bandas.
