by Body Work
"Body Work has certainly claimed the first half of 2012 and may well continue their conquest through to the end of the year. I conclude that this is the case via Aaston & Swift's rather dazzling effort, 'Holy House' and another Waze & Odyssey bomb that promises to follow. 'Holy House' sharpens an insatiable appetite for these label releases with its breathy vocal hooks and tropical, melodic sequences; given extra ballast by a flickering disco fix from Tronik Youth. My favourite, however, is the dubby house cut, 'Covenant' that's on an early Italian house/Morales 'Red Zone'-style tip." - DJ Mag - 8.5/10
Psychemagik - Crispy production on Covenant makes it shine for me, everything I've heard from these guys is strong!!
Jagz Kooner - Tronik Youth mix is superb & the one for me.
Rudimental - Love this one!!
Sister Bliss - Loving these tracks- so fresh sounding compared to so much! Touches of metro area in there...
Mighty Mouse - this is an awesome EP, holy house is my fave but will play all three tracks. brilliant
Ben Mono - unique, deep and still disco - digging it a lot.
Severino (Horse Meat Disco) - BIG SUPPORT to them
Bruce Tantum (East Village Radio) - Body Work is on a roll! Another nice EP of disco-kissed house magic.
plus support from Rob da Bank, Sinden, Edwin van Cleef, Capracara, Bonar Bradberry (PBR Streetgang), The C90s, Last Robots, Moonbootica, Mustang, Disco Bloodbath, M.A.N.D.Y., Dave P, Riotous Rockers & many many more

Following on from acclaimed remixes for the likes of We Have Band and Firas, Brighton's Aashton & Swift now release their first original material on Body Work (home to Waze & Odyssey and LPZ). Making their debut with two tracks of percussion heavy disco tinged house music, aimed at both body & soul.
Kicking things off with 'Holy House', drums, piano and bass all come together with a vocal that quietly commands you to 'Step Into My House', all building up to one of the most joyous breakdowns you'll hear this year and destined to be heard wherever sunshine, people and music come together this summer (so possibly not in the UK…).
If 'Holy House' is for sunrises then 'Covenant' will almost certainly do the job come sunset, pitched down vocals, a taut acidic baseline and more massive drums, make this one for epiphanies amidst the smoke and lasers of the dancefloor.
Completing the package is a remix of 'Holy House' from Tronik Youth. With remix credits for artists ranging from The Gossip and My Tiger My Timing, to Headman and Mighty Mouse, TY is one of London's most in demand remixers and his bleeps and beeps filled rework goes to show just why, he's on every clued up A&R's speed dial.
Since it's launch in February 2012 Body Work has quickly established itself as one of the most exciting new labels around with releases from artists such as CSY & Stripes, LPZ, Waze & Odyssey and Firas all finding their way into the boxes of some of the biggest DJs around.
