BlightMass

BlightMass is a Blackened Death Metal band from Tampa (Florida, U.S.A.) and Nice (France), formed in 2014 and drawing its inspiration from the Floridian and Swedish Death Metal scene, mixed with Black Metal influences. The band’s debut album « Severed From Your Soul » has been released in October 2019 by the label Great Dane Records and has been defended onstage during their first tour in January/February 2020. « Severed From Your Soul » features along the line-up Ralph Santolla (Death ; Deicide ; Obituary) on the song « They Will Listen to the Dead » and Olivier Gabriel (Benighted ; Néfastes) on the Carcass cover « Black Star ». The follow-up album intituled « Harbinger of Lucidity » is already recorded and ready to be released on the band self-label « Grave Embrace Records »...
