Nunes said in THIS press conference that the "incidental" collection had nothing to do with Russia, at all. Further, intelligence becomes a lot less "incidental" when, as Nunes also says, the intelligence had little worth. Then it becomes further less "incidental" when, as again NUNES SAYS IN THIS PRESS CONFERENCE, the US citizens are unmasked and spread throughout the government agencies. Further, Nunes also says that the "incidental" information collected gave knowledge about trump, the trump transition team and their activities. So, in the end, if what Nunes said is true then we've got a former administration coming into contact with a president-elect's and his team's communications, in a investigation that Nunes said was unrelated to Russia, that reveal their activities while in the transition of power and the administration deciding to remove their anonymity, shepard it into an intelligence report and then widely disseminate it throughout the intelligence agencies in at least dozens of reports. Thereupon illegal leaks to the media that could reasonably be based on said intelligence reports begin. If this is true and you don't call it surveillance you're dishonest. But you're dishonest anyway because you're characterization of what has happened is purposely wrong due to your dogmatic trump derangement syndrome.
