Behind The Noise Behind The Noise Music & Business Education Glasgow Behind The Noise is a ‘real world’ music and business education programme for high school pupils. We aim to inspire, encourage and support young people who have an interest in music and the various career and further learning opportunities that exist within the creative sector. In 2011, we identified a need for senior school students to engage with and gain more of an understanding of the various jobs and career paths that exist within the music industry. A pilot programme began in 5 Glasgow schools in order to assess the viability and determine the reaction of both students and teachers alike…it was a resounding success!
