i see the sky(disquiet0271) by Bad Kids To The Front

This is my offering for Disquiet Junto's "Prison Sky" project, to commemorate the 5th anniversary of the Syrian open-source software engineer Bassel Khartabil's unlawful detention by his own government. I used manipulation of a guitar loop and field recordings to attempt to emulate the emotions that one would feel as he dreams about being able to see and experience the sky again, like Bassel has written about experiencing. I hope you enjoy, and I hope Bassel is found and freed soon.
