The Rings Of Saturn by Audio Obscura published on 2016-09-13T10:14:54Z The Rings of Saturn is a book by W.G Sebald which totally blew my mind, its about walking in England - the reference to Saturn is a metaphor about depression and direction in life. A number of people close to me in my life are facing such problems and these thoughts weighed heavily on my mind when I created this track. Free download. So many different changes happening structurally and melodically. Dope drums, both and more ambivalent noises, even some jazz to this...Have to say it overall feels more sinister than depressive. 2016-10-03T17:05:24Z Comment by Theoretical Being This track is playing out beautifully. 2016-10-03T17:01:44Z Comment by Theoretical Being Fuckin dope. 2016-10-03T17:00:45Z Comment by Theoretical Being Great chords and noises. 2016-10-03T17:00:02Z Comment by Theoretical Being I love how the start & stop of that very abstract noise makes it nonetheless rhythmic. 2016-10-03T16:59:52Z Comment by Audio Obscura @negative-headphone: thanks 2016-10-02T08:38:58Z Comment by Audio Obscura @industrialbuddha: Thanks for sharing Chris, lets hope the winter of discontent passes as smoothly as it can... 2016-10-02T08:38:51Z Comment by “Ben”Jams Babooda Cummins f.k.a. industrial Buddha I should also add that since summer has been transitioning to winter my mania and depression have been duking it out. The depression is clearly winning now, but mania being what it is is just fighting harder. It will continue to fight harder until it drops and is not heard from for 5 months. i live well by just going with the swings, its the transitions that suck. Thank you for making this, it will help to listen to in the days ahead. 2016-10-02T07:19:40Z Comment by “Ben”Jams Babooda Cummins f.k.a. industrial Buddha This sounds like it was carved from time.
