Atlas&Axis Founded in winter 2009, Atlas&Axis starting with Romana Kalkuhl (lead guitar), Kevin Schaffer(rhythm guitar), Nico Ardüser (bass) and Roman Zeindler (drums) were set to go. After a short search, Jonas Ambühl, former singer of Firesnake, was found and the band was complete. First concerts were played in the dusk of 2009 and works for the first album took place. 2010, after a few shows and lots of song writing, the first album was recorded by V.O.Pulver (Gurd, Poltergeist) at the “Little Creek Studio”; titled “March of the Night” and released in 2011. Concerts with big shots like Destruction, Rage and Tim Ripper Owens(ex-Judas Priest, ex-Iced Earth) and a tour in Croatia followed. 2013 material culminated for the next album and the “Little Creek Studio” was once more hit. The new album „Confrontation“ was released on the 29.03.2014 and started off in the sale-charts of cede.ch on 12. place. Nach kurzer Suche wurde mit Jonas Ambühl, ehemals Firesnake, ein passender Sänger gefunden. Ende 2009 wurden bereits Konzerte gespielt und die Arbeiten für das erste Album liefen auf Hochtouren. 2010 zog sich die Band schliesslich in das Little Creek Studio zurück und nahm unter Regie von V.O.Pulver (Gurd, Poltergeist) ihren Erstling "March of the Night" auf, welcher 2011 veröffentlich wurde. In Folge dessen konnten Konzerte mit Szenengrössen wie "Destruction", "Rage" und "Tim Ripper Owens"(ex-Judas Priest, ex-Iced Earth) realisiert werden und auch eine Auslandstour in Kroatien folgte. 2013 kam genug Material für eine zweite Scheibe zusammen und das Little Creek Studio wurde erneut geentert. Das neue Album "Confrontation" wurde am 29.03.2014 veröffentlicht und startete auf Platz 12 in den cede.ch Verkaufs-charts."
