Buy the CD: http://www.galleryac.com/no-el-prado.html Black English came together in 2012 after singer, Bradley Hanan Carter, and bass player, Sean Daniel Stentz, met at a local LA diner. The two bonded over stories of past catastrophic relationships as well as their mutual love for storytelling artists such as Leonard Cohen, Bill Callahan, Johnny Cash and Lou Reed, and decided to join forces and build something new for themselves. In 2011, the band released Don’t Worry, You’ll Be Here Forever EP, which quickly got Echo Park crowds talking, as well as NME and The Los Angeles Times, who both tipped them as a band to watch. In 2012 the guys toured non-stop – playing over a 100 live shows! – supporting acts such as Best Coast and Electric Guest, and even landed a European tour with Father John Misty. Black English returned to LA in 2013 for a headlining, sold-out show at The Troubadour, and later performed at a number of international festivals including London’s Hard Rock Calling and Germany’s Southside and Hurricane, in addition to supporting acts such as The Smashing Pumpkins, Public Image LTD and The Naked and Famous. The forthcoming album, NO, was mixed by Billy Bush (Tegan & Sara, Foster The People, Jake Bugg) and mastered by Joe LaPorta (Beach House, Foo Fighters, Vampire Weekend). http://noechopark.com https://twitter.com/BLACKENGLISH Genre Rock Contains tracks Black English - Leave The Door Wide Open by Arts & Crafts published on 2013-12-11T14:57:46Z Black English - Stay With Me by Arts & Crafts published on 2013-12-11T14:57:46Z
