Left Channel Particle Drone (disquiet0315) by akstuhl published on 2018-01-14T05:31:20Z Recorded using a process in SuperCollider where short sine tones pitched along the harmonic series are amassed into a shifting drone. Various adjustable parameters, like the volume envelope and ranges of randomized attributes, determine the contour of the sound. The root stays at C for most of this recording but walks through F and G a few times in step to an 80bpm metronome. Left channel only. ---- More on this 315th weekly Disquiet Junto project (First Chair: Record the first third of a trio) at: https://disquiet.com/0315/ More on the Disquiet Junto at: https://disquiet.com/junto/ Subscribe to project announcements here: http://tinyletter.com/disquiet-junto/ Project discussion takes place on llllllll.co: https://llllllll.co/t/disquiet-junto-project-0315-first-chair/ There’s also on a Junto Slack.
