Internet Prank (Disquiet0240) by Andrew Hulett published on 2016-08-08T21:05:24Z This is my first Disquiet Junto submission. I read about it Monday morning and decided quickly to make it before the midnight deadline. Seems pretty cool. I might keep making these because it gives a nice little structure to make something different. Anyways, process: I used a leftover patch from practicing and learning specific aspects of my new isms system. I sent that through a bunch of guitar pedals I'm much more familiar with to add space, width and create a drone (delay and reverb of course). This went to Ableton and finished with some EQ and dynamics. Throughout the course of the recording I slowly decreased different attributes of the "wetness" until the raw practice patch revealed itself. It's like taking my clothes off but with lower stakes. Then I destroyed it with a big kaboom. There is also an op-1 for low end feel goods.
