AmyLeRossignol Amy Le Rossignol London Composer-lyricist/writer/pianist based in North London. MA Writing Musicals graduate from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. Music graduate from the University of Surrey; co-wrote and orchestrated her first musical 'Slaves of the Kingdom' for Edinburgh Festival Fringe during her second year. Has since had compositions performed by the Delta Saxophone Quartet and trumpeter Byron Wallen and had work showcased at Above The Arts Cabaret Club, Pleasance Islington and Diorama Arts Centre. Currently working on three new musicals; these include 'Turning 30' with Harry Style, performed in Leeds in 2016, and 'Much Ado About Hero' with Lexi Clare. The latter played at TheatreN16 in 2017 for the inaugural Maiden Speech Festival, and at Leicester Square Theatre later that year. Co-wrote the music for the new musical 'AsperGirl', performed at Tristan Bates Theatre in November 2019, and works on an annual basis at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama with the MA Writing students for their Musical Theatre module.
